Current checkout delivery charges. Standard South African delivery uses total labelled pack weight: up to 2 kg R139.45; over 2–5 kg R142.01; over 5–10 kg R204.71; over 10–15 kg R248.15; over 15–20 kg R285.37; over 20–35 kg R547.49. These temporary charges use the regional rate bands for all supported South African destinations. Packaging and volumetric dimensions have not been measured. Orders over 35 kg, bulky orders and items without a confirmed pack size require a quote before checkout. Request a shipping quote.

Urgent same-day express and oversized consignments are quoted individually. Courier cut-offs do not guarantee same-day dispatch of an order.
Why can the final shipping price change?
The courier charges the greater of actual packed weight and volumetric weight. For economy parcels, volumetric weight is length × width × height in centimetres ÷ 4,000. Priority uses ÷ 5,000. Locker and kiosk shipments use ÷ 4,000, alongside their compartment limits.
For example, an economy box measuring 40 × 30 × 30 cm has a volumetric weight of 9 kg, even if its contents weigh only 3 kg.
Plots, farms, high-risk areas, oversized parcels, Saturday deliveries and after-hours services can attract extra charges. We will confirm any applicable charges before you agree to them.
Delivery details, tracking and special products
Please provide a complete street address, postcode and reachable mobile number, or the correct locker/kiosk details. Keep your collection OTP private. Contact Germinico with your order number for tracking assistance.
Temperature-sensitive, restricted or otherwise unsuitable products need their delivery method confirmed before ordering. Standard locker and economy prices do not confirm suitability for these products.
